How will my claim be handled?
Your claim will be handled by the insurer directly. You will be appointed a dedicated claims handler who will process your claim from start to finish, assisting you with any issues you may have on the way.
How easy is it to deal with Aon New Zealand?
We have a dedicated customer service team who can assist you with any queries you have about your cover. We are contactable by phone 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. For any urgent queries outside these hours, you will be forwarded directly through to the insurer for urgent claim assistance or arranging of new cover.
