How to make an insurance claim

When the unforeseen happens, our team is here to help when you need it most. If you need to lodge a claim please call our team on 0800 377 021, our business hours are 8:00am – 5:30pm. Our team can discuss your claim and outline the information you will need to include in your claim form. Alternatively, you can complete a claim form and email this to our team.

What happens next?
When your claim form is received, we will:
  • Acknowledge we have received your claim
  • Liaise with the insurer to ensure your claim is lodged
  • A dedicated claims handler will then be in touch with your claim number and personal guidance on your claim's next steps
Always remember to do what you can to prevent furthur damage but take photos and gather evidence first. Don't admit liability or enter into a settlement agreement before first calling us.
