When the unforeseen happens, our team is here to help when you need it most. If you need to submit a claim, please call our team in the first instance on 0800 50 90 90 during business hours 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We will provide instruction and other relevant information to support your claim submission with your Insurer.

For windscreen claims there is no requirement to complete an online claim submission. Please call our team and we will liaise with your Insurer to obtain a windscreen claim number. In most cases this can be done while you wait (depending on claim volumes).

Important Information:
Please take note of the relevant Master Policy Number below when submitting your claim online. You will be asked to enter it when completing the online claim form in the ‘Policy Number’ field under the customer details section.

What happens next?
Once your online claim has been submitted:
  • You can download a PDF copy of the online claim form you have completed
  • You will receive email acknowledgement that your claim has been submitted
  • Your Insurer will act as quickly as possible to ensure your claim is lodged by one of their Claims Handlers, and we will liaise with them to provide your supporting policy information
  • A Claims Handler will be in touch with your claim number and personal guidance on the next steps for your claim

Always remember: do what you can to prevent further damage but take photos and gather other evidence first, particularly before you throw anything away. Don't admit liability or enter into a settlement agreement before first calling us.
